📅 Return Window

You can return your product within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and in original condition
• The tags are intact and the item is in its original packaging

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The product is used or damaged by the customer
• It’s a part of our clearance or final sale category

🔄 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the product and place a new order separately.

💸 Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be initiated.
• Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
