Refund and Returns Policy

At Stylata, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you can request a return or exchange within 07 days of receiving your order.
Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return:
- ✅ The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- ✅ It must have all original tags and packaging intact.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, try these steps:
1️⃣ Check your bank account.
2️⃣ Contact your credit card company (processing times vary).
3️⃣ Reach out to your bank (it may take additional time).

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- ✔️ Size or color issues.
- ✔️ Defective or damaged items.
To request an exchange, contact us at returns@stylata.in and send the item to our physical address.
Gifts
If you received an item as a gift, you will receive a gift credit after we receive the return. If the gift wasn’t marked as a gift at checkout, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For high-value items, we recommend trackable shipping or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
