We have partnered with Shiprocket to provide fast and secure shipping services across India. Shiprocket collaborates with multiple courier partners to ensure timely deliveries.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
• Remote Locations: 7-10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹499.
• Orders below ₹499: A flat shipping fee of ₹40 applies.
• Express Shipping (Optional): ₹150 (Delivery within 2-3 business days for metro cities)

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can track your order through the Shiprocket tracking system.

Undelivered Orders

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us. You may request a re-shipment, subject to additional shipping charges.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate a full refund or re-shipment.
• If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours with images for resolution.
